Irish Own Goals

Angela Power-Disney [APD], serial court order breacher, is at it again. APD is based in Oldcastle, Meath, Ireland.

APD has once again broken the court orders protecting the identities of two children in the Hampstead case and this time also made a couple of major mistakes – the “own goals” of the title of this article. Maybe it was a Guinness or Murphy’s overdose from the weekend (St Patrick’s Day on 17th March), whatever the reason for the mistakes, they are priceless.

In a video published yesterday, 19th March 2024, she publishes and reads out the content of an email she claims to have received from Google “Legal Investigations” department notifying her of an application from the courts in Dublin (although Google term such in American wording with “metropolitan” etc) for personal information about her Google account. APD claims the application is illegal – it is not.

If part and parcel of a civil case, police investigation, or indeed an application from a foreign Attorney General for example, then applications to obtain personal information from third party companies are a requirement to try and obtain such information.

The police, for example, use a form of “RIPA” requests to companies to obtain confirmation of subscriber/account holder details and other pertinent information.

However, regardless of that, APD commits a couple of major own goals in her video.

Firstly, by publishing the email from Google, reading it out and then also publishing and reading out her rather crazy reply (which includes her claiming she is the “Attorney General” of her own household in legal communications [oh my aching sides – Ed.]) she confirms on camera (and there is no doubt it is her) that she is the owner of the said Google account.

Ooops number 1.

Secondly, as part of the video she re-publishes a twitter comment of hers which is libelous in content and also makes a reply to her libellous comment on camera using the twitter account she owns stating that she is the one posting it. She reads out what she is posting as she posts it onto Twitter/X. Again thus confirming without any doubt that she is the owner/poster on that specific Twitter/X account.

Ooops number 2.

Effectively, what APD has done is to negate the need for any further court applications regarding who owns the Google and Twitter/X account published in the video. For obvious reasons, we’re not going to link to the video, however an archived offline copy has been taken of not only the video but also the Youtube account and page on which the video appears and screengrabs of various points of the video to demonstrate how APD has basically dobbed herself in and also so that if the evidence is required by law enforcement that we are in a position to supply.

APD is a person who needs to spend some time in a cell in our opinion, she needs to reflect on what she has done and continues to do by recycling the Hampstead Hoax, targeting not only the 2 children but other families [as she does again in the video – Ed.] and her incitement to others to view what are illegal videos of those 2 children. APD’s connections to Sabine McNeill, a woman previously jailed for harassment of the Hampstead families, do her no favours whatsoever in our opinion and given the content of the recent C4 documentary on the Hampstead Hoax in which several of APD’s own videos were exposed as lunacy then her reactions to the documentary are, whilst a little predictable, also not doing her any longer term favours. What she is effectively doing by continually referencing the Hampstead children is re-traumatising them and also re-triggering survivors of actual abuse. But APD, like a typical narcissist, doesn’t understand that.

As a third party has said privately, “lock her up” – we’d agree but only if McNeill (who has run back to Germany) and several other key players in the Hoax promotion also follow into jail cells. They’ve learnt nothing over the last 7-8 years so therefore there has to be a time when they have to account for their conduct in continuing to propagate harm and danger to around 70 different families.

Freedom of speech is an important part of our society but when it harms others, especially children, then the need for wise use of freedom of speech also needs to be enforced and responsibility taken when it is abused. Article 10 of the ECHR contains 2 clauses, clause 2 contains the restrictions by which “freedom of speech” can be reduced from a free for all to civil and criminal cases.

It is also clear from her own content, targeting people in Hampstead UK, that APD is targeting UK residents, ergo even though the offences may be committed in Ireland the alleged victims are in the UK.

It should also be noted that APD is also attempting to make money out of her material. She has been lucky, so far, to escape fraud investigation. That luck may, may, be running out.

As always our opinions and observations only.
